American Flag Material

I was hoping someone could help me out I would like an american flag material that is kinda silky but has a sheen to it and maybe have some waves like cloth in it. If anyone can help me out that would be awseome or maybe some pointers on what I should do.

depending on the amount of detail needed, the easiest thing to do would be create a new material with and image of the american flag in the diffuse slot, and a falloff map in the reflect slot. mess with the settings until you get your desired look.

creating folds in your material is best done with modeling. use a cloth modifier on a plane to get that result.
